googling that error brings up quite a few returns. You may want to read through them. Good Luck.

An extreme measure, but a format/reinstall usually does the trick with software problems.

space allocated to restore points could have been full.wiping hard drive would have fixed this but a bit extreme.

Richard...too bad you couldn't save it.

Curious...were you rendering something when you problem started? Mine started right after finishing a 30 minute render.

I noticed the system was sluggish so I rebooted and after that I started getting the dreaded blue screen of death. Every BSOD was a different error code. Once I was able to uninstall the 190 drivers and switch back to 186.18, the problem was gone.

I knew something was buggy with the 190 drivers when Photoshop reported that my video card would not support Open GL.

For now I suggest while running 64 bit Vista with a Nvidia card, use the 186 drivers until they work out the bugs.

I uninstalled Nvidia driver & got the one yrag suggested..Thanks everyone..Everything just started freezing up, all the time. I'd run windows update & it freeze, I'd be surfing the net & it would freeze.. Thought maybe it was a bug but virus scans always came out just fine..There for awhile thought I had a serious problem but cpu, diskchk, memory test sfc scannow and everything came out fine, but I'm glad everythings alright now, thanks guys.. I was going to install windows 7 in a couple of months anyway, everythings backed up so it's really no big deal, just takes time to put it all back...
